The Journey So Far...

Barry Williams, a multi-talented actor, model, writer, director, and coach, was born and raised in Buffalo, NY with an innate desire to share his gift of performance with the world. His journey began after graduating from McKinley High School when he embarked on a successful modeling career, booking over 35 commercial print ads for notable brands. But Barry's true passion lay in the performing arts.

Determined to pursue his dreams, Barry trained at the People of Drama Conservatory, Frank Rossi Studios, and various workshops, honing his craft. His dedication paid off when he landed his first professional acting role in the feature film Boom Productions, followed by his stage debut working with Alemaedae Theatre Productions.

Barry's talent soon caught the attention of Road Less Traveled's (RLTP) Artistic Director Scott Behrend, leading to collaborations on several productions. It was his portrayal of Franco Wicks in RLTP's Superior Donuts that earned him his first Artie award nomination and established him as a rising star in Buffalo's theater community.

A defining moment in Barry's career came when he was elected into RLTP's ensemble cast and performed alongside Hollywood superstar Alec Baldwin in The Big Knife. Although it was a small role, Barry's performance was highly praised, and it was at this point he knew he had to pursue his calling.

As an actor, he is a member of the Screen Actors Guild; and Barry's journey has led him to success on the big and small screens, with roles in feature films and television series. He also made significant contributions to the ed-tech space, writing, producing, and directing over 40 episodes of "Crossing Borders," garnering critical acclaim and empowering young talent.

Throughout his journey, Barry faced moments that tested his resolve, but he chose to embrace the power of his dreams and let them guide him towards a life of authentic inspiration and fulfillment. With a background in psychology and a passion for advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities, Barry remains dedicated to making a positive impact on others.

Barry's ultimate goal is to build a legacy of consistency, establishing a pathway for the next generation and providing an example of the courage required to pave forward. He emphasizes that his journey is about something much greater than himself. As a devoted husband and father, Barry cherishes spending time with his family and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. As he forges his own path, Barry never wavers in his dedication to uplifting others, harnessing his knowledge and inventive spirit to inspire and empower those around him to chase their dreams with confidence, serving as a constant source of guidance and encouragement on their journey to success.
